How do I remove bird dropping stains safely?

First you can use a quick detailer or simply use warm water with dish soap. You first want to pre-soak the section carefully as bird droppings are highly acidic that in time will etch and eat into the paint. The droppings also contain shells and sand as birds eat off the ground and cannot digest these things. As a bird dropping lands on the paint it softens the paint so it's now highly prone to scratching very easy. Once you have pre-soaked that area and you notice that it is now softer then you swipe up motion and flip the towel and swipe up again Up and Away motion. Do not move it back and forth scratching into the paint doing far more than you can imagine. Do not use paper towels, napkins, or newspapers only use a microfiber, terry towel or cotton towel.

What do I do if somebody throws up in my car?

First thing you want to do is turn off your air conditioning system so it does not contaminate the air cabin filter and blower motor. Then using the closest towel absorbent towel you will dab the section and wipe out as much as you can. Then run to your closest grocery store or corner store and grab baking soda and cover the area with it. Do not rub the baking soda in, just let it pile up on top. The next move is to either get a very good carpet cleaning extractor or take it to your nearest auto detailer for a hot water shampoo extraction.

What is cut polish?

Cut polish is a term used by detailers or body shops when it comes to correcting your paint or restoring your paint. All paint is laid down from factory or at an auto body shop to a certain thickness which allows a detailer to potentially polish and remove scratches that are superficial and on top of the clear coat only. The term CUT comes because we will use a fairly abrasive gritty compound that when using a rotary polisher machine behaves in a cutting manner leveling the paint rapidly. After the cutting stage is done, it  will leave holograms or polishing trails behind because of the aggressive nature of the compound used. The detailer must follow up with a finer polishing stage with softer pads to remove the Holograms or Trails left behind by the cutting stage. Hence the term cut polish.

How often should I wax my car?

Wax is like sunscreen / makeup for your skin. Once applied it leaves a smooth nonstick glossy finish that may last a couple of months depending on the caliber of the wax. We recommend waxing your vehicle at least 2 times a year. Once before summer to look good and also protect from the UV rays, bird droppings, tree sap, and road trip bugs.

Once before winter to protect against the excessive rain, salt, grime the roads surfaces will be throwing at you. Most importantly you cannot over wax your car so if you do it every weekend or once a month it will not harm it but actually create multiple layers of durable protection.

What is Paint Protection FiIm (PPF)?

Think of it like a screen protector for your phone, but only at a grander scale. PPF has been designed to be 100% clear and invisible to the untrained eye once installed properly. It is made of a poly urethane plastic like flexible material that is designed to take hits and disperse the impact energy all across the film instantly upon impact, it is due to this advanced technology that the film is capable of getting hit and almost always manages to save the paints finish. Yes the film will get damaged over time with years of abuse but once you peel off that invisible layer of protection your vehicle's original finish remains 95% flawless like nothing ever happened. Yellowing film is a thing of the past as developments over the years have made film more stain resistant and much clearer (less orange peel).

How Do You Get Rid Of Dog, Body And Foul Odors In The Cabin ?

Smells linger on fabric, upholstery plastic paneling etc. We always recommend a complete interior detail from headliner to the carpets that need to be scrubbed and shampooed. After this thorough decontamination process, we dry and re-inspect for smells - if it still persists then escalate it to an Ozone or Chlorine treatment, which has a very high success rate for odor removal.

How Do I Maintain The Finish Of My New Car / Recently Polished / Ceramic Coated Paint Surface ?

The simple answer is: Do not touch it! Scratches do not suddenly appear on your paint or reappear after a high-quality paint correction service - they get installed mostly by improper techniques of exterior maintenance.

Automatic spinning brush car washes are terrible for your paint as the spinning bristles are covered in sand and grains that slap against your paint at high velocity and scratch the paint. If you go to these carwashes a couple of times, you are guaranteed to wreck your paint job; don't believe us just read the reviews.

Do not let the dealer wash your vehicle when it comes in for a service. Put up a sign on the dashboard of your vehicle every time you are in for service. Do not use brushes to wash your car.  The best options are touch less car washes and high-quality hand car washed or washing it at home. If you don't have a pressure washer at home and the exterior is very gritty and sandy, we recommend quickly running it through the touchless wash as this will remove all loose debris or going to a self serve pressure washing station. Always use soft mitts with plenty of soap bubbles on the vehicle as it will assist in creating a barrier between the paint and the grit. The 2 bucket system is also highly recommended for hand washing.
