Here are commonly asked questions about mobile detailing from what is required in terms of spacing, water, electricity, and packages we can offer!

  1. What does the customer need to provide (eg water, electricity, lighting)?

    • All we need is space to work around the vehicle and some lighting would be great. We have portable lights we can use for hard to see areas and we provide water and electricity in the van. We require access to a washroom if our staff need to use it and they will follow COVID protocols such as wearing a mask and keeping their distance.

  2. Which areas do you service?

    • We service a 15km radius within downtown Vancouver (West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, and New Westminster). If multiple cars are present, we can accommodate further.

  3. Can you detail my car on the street or alley?

    • No, we will need to detail your vehicle on private property such as a driveway, garage, underground parkade with strata approval, or office parking lots with approval.

  4. What packages do you offer and are they the same as the ones in house?

    • We offer all packages other than the Supreme Detail which takes over a day to complete and currently not our Ceramic Pro or PPF packages. In the future with the right requirements, we will be able to provide Ceramic Pro and PPF in your garage!

  5. What forms of payment do you accept?

    • We take Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Debit, or e-transfer.

  6. Are your chemicals environmentally friendly?

    • Yes! They are all biodegradable and VOC compliant and able to go down drains.

  7. How long do the packages take?

    • Our details can range from 2-8 hours depending on which package is chosen.
